PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The challenge for human resources practitioners and frontline supervisors is to be fair in dealing with people concerns. Proper conduct of administrative investigation and handling of grievances makes fairness in the workplace a reality and enhances supervisor-subordinate partnership.
