The Research and Advocacy Department is a self-sustaining unit of ECOP that can effectively provide information, researches, and management tools for employers as well as actively articulate employers’ position on socio-economic issues to promote industrial peace, stability, and labor market reforms.
The objective of the Department is to provide ECOP leaders, employers, and industrial relations practitioners with policy guidance, benchmarking tools, and information through the conduct and publication of surveys, researches and special studies. Click here to see publications
The Department has a dual function: Research and Advocacy. Non-commercial researches give policy and technical support for ECOP leaders and officers, while revenue-streamed commercial researches serve as benchmarking tools for employers and research practitioners. Advocacy programs would include circulation of ECOP position to concerned agencies on issues affecting employers; as well providing direct services to members through special projects. |
