ECOP is conducting a half-day Learning Session on such systems and practices on September 16 this year to enable managers to be attuned to emerging HR/IR practices of competitive organizations. The session will held at the ECOP Board Room, Makati City. Resource persons were trained under the Nippon-Keidanren International Cooperation Center (NICC) HR/IR Program in Tokyo, Japan.
