EMPLOYERS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (ECOP) is in need of the following:
 

Training Assistant
 •  Bachelor's degree holder with at least two years relevant experience required
 •  Previous background in non-profit or job training programs preferred
 •  Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
 •  Highly organized, driven, and a capable problem-solver;
 •  Ability to multi-task
 •  Ability to work well alone or as a member of a team
 •  Ability to work with all levels of employees
 •  Computer proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel and database applications
    necessary

Project Assistant
 •  Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
 •  Above average oral and written communication skills
 •  Able to work with a team
 •  Able to perform a variety of administrative support functions

Project Officer
 •  A graduate of any Business or Social Science courses
 •  Experience in handling projects is an advantage
 •  Excellent oral and written communication skills
 •  Ability to analyze socio-economic and labor issues in the context of business
     performance
 •  Familiarity with SPSS and Excel
 •  Good presentation skills
 •  Able to work with a team
