ECOP, in partnership with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), conducted a Policy Advocacy Forum on October 12 at the Manila Pavilion. The forum being a prelude to the 36th Philippine Business Conference brought together the country’s business leaders as well as heads of regional and local chambers. The topics of the forum were Policy Reforms to Bridge the Unemployment Problem presented by ILO Country Office Manila Director Jeff Johnson, Reforms in the Wage System presented by National Wages and Productivity Commission Executive Director Ciriaco Lagunzad III, and Anti-Business Legislations presented by ECOP Director General Vicente Leogardo, Jr.
